The Farm is a large-scale adventure reality television series licensed to The Farm format, broadcast in over 50 countries worldwide. Since 2015, the show has been broadcast in Bulgaria with exceptional success - three seasons were aired in the prime time of the largest private national TV channel bTV. Hosts and executive producers are Ivan Hristov and Andrey Arnaudov. The Farm gathers participants who live for 3 months in an isolated farm, where they learn to take care of the household, the land and farm animals. In addition to the adventure, the format is also a competition with intellectual games based on Bulgarian history, as well as physical competitions for time and skills, in which every week after spectacular duels, one participant is eliminated, and the final winner wins a cash prize.

On the Bulgarian airwaves, The Farm is established as the most Bulgarian and positive reality show. The prize of BGN 100,000 for the final winner is the largest ever given in a reality show. It is also the only format in its genre that is based on the themes of the land, nature, Bulgarian traditions, crafts, and ancient values, emphasizing on Bulgarian history. The Farm takes participants back in time to a life without the comforts of modern civilization - electricity, running water and communications. The format focuses on patriotism and presents the different faces of Bulgarians, such as emigrants and those born outside the country who identify themselves as Bulgarians. Participants build their lives by testing their strength of spirit and physique.

The Farm develops the global trend that modern man can live fully and with less, away from the stress in the city, as a counterbalance to overconsumption.
