NOVA STATION

TV shows

On 3rd October 2009 for the first time in Bulgaria a weekend block is launched which has a European vision and an Italian concept. It is titled NOVA Station and produced by Medium Station. The show has a record duration of 8 hours and contains various thematic blocks within it. A modern studio with a sophisticated and lavish decor "houses" the host of Jaws Diana Naydenova, the queen of crime reporting Nadya Cholakova and the film critic Luba Kulezic.

Every Saturday morning the three ladies discuss lifestyle, politics, and criminal history topics in the company of Ivan and Andrey.

For the female audience of the format is the column Wives, through which viewers peek into the homes of the famous, hear their personal confessions and stories. Current family topics are discussed and several parallel conversations are held. The column also has a separate culinary module. The provocative Nana and Donnie also have their own columns, and the finale is reserved for the Clash show.

Station Nova is a big television family, which over the years has changed some of its sections and faces. Maria Sylvester, Zheni Kalkandzhieva, Maya Savova, Bianka Ilich, Iva Ekimova, Veneta Harizanova are just some of the new hosts, and Irina Tencheva is starting her author's format - The Best Mother.

Part of the memorable modules are the provocative talk show of Lyuben Dilov-sin, and in 2012, Diana Alexieva starts running the Unusual Suspects column on the Sunday block. Exciting documentary stories about people who has experienced interesting, extraordinary, and dramatic events that changed or marked their lives in some way, also find a place in the programme. The year also marks the humorous ranking show Last Ten, which was the debut for the actor Stefan A. Shterev and Yana Grudeva.

In 2013 the contract between Medium Station and Nova TV is not renewed and the eponymous show moves with a new name to TV7.
